Structured was born from a realization that stretched across industries; the gap between strong leadership and scalable operations was holding businesses back. Founder Michael Shoemaker recognized that, regardless of the field, companies were struggling with the same challenge: translating vision into consistent execution. He knew that strong leadership foundations, backed by proven systems, could close that gap. With that insight, he and co-founder Antonio Nuno built Structured.

Michael Shoemaker and Antonio Nuno bring decades of combined leadership, strategic execution, and organizational transformation to the foundation of Structured, a performance-driven consulting and executive coaching firm. Together, they fuse unparalleled experience from military service, executive leadership in corporate America, and a relentless commitment to systems-driven innovation.
With extensive backgrounds in the United States Air Force, both Shoemaker and Nuno led high-impact teams across global operations in mission-critical logistics, medical systems, infrastructure, and emergency readiness. Their leadership consistently delivered excellence under pressure, earning top-tier recognition from senior military command. Transitioning into the private sector, they carried with them a rare blend of discipline, agility, and operational foresight.

Michael Shoemaker is a seasoned executive leader with a sharp acumen for cross-functional operations, program scaling, and strategic planning. Having directed national construction and operations teams in the electrical engineering, semiconductor, commercial construction, and logistics sectors, his approach to business is both people-centered and performance-driven. A Wayland Baptist University alumnus, and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Shoemaker has built a career optimizing organizational systems, leading $100M+ portfolios, and cultivating high-performing cultures through vision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Antonio Nuno complements the Structured leadership team with deep expertise in global supply chain, procurement strategy, and executive-level project management. An MBA graduate with an emphasis in data analytics, his extensive experience managing logistics operations across healthcare, technology, and real estate sectors, Nuno is recognized for leading multi-site, multi-million-dollar procurement initiatives and building efficient systems that reduce waste, streamline operations, and improve bottom-line performance. His military background includes critical logistics oversight supporting over 200,000 patients annually and major capital equipment programs across continents.

Program Executive
Jordan Shoemaker, Program Executive at Structured, brings over a decade of experience in behavioral psychology, healthcare, and operational strategy. With a background in applied behavior analysis and leadership in medical and business environments, she excels at understanding the unique dynamics of each organization. Jordan oversees the full client experience, ensuring every engagement is aligned with the client’s mission, culture, and long-term goals. Currently completing her B.S. in Psychology, she continues to expand her expertise to drive sustainable change through empathy, precision, and a people-first approach.

Program Executive
Cathryn Nuno brings a sharp blend of analytical insight and operational strategy to her role as Program Executive at Structured. With a B.A. in English from UTSA and a background in DoD contracting, she has supported procurement research, contract coordination, and program analysis across both military and civilian sectors.

She has worked closely with senior leadership to align execution with organizational vision, streamlining processes and improving time efficiency. Cathryn’s ability to translate complex needs into clear, actionable strategies makes her a valuable partner in helping Structured clients build stronger, more effective organizations.
