Founder Michael Shoemaker recognized that, regardless of the field, companies were struggling with the same challenge: translating vision into consistent execution. With extensive backgrounds in the United States Air Force, both Shoemaker and Nuno led high-impact teams across global operations in mission-critical logistics, medical systems, infrastructure, and emergency readiness. Their leadership consistently delivered excellence under pressure, earning top-tier recognition from senior military command. Transitioning into the private sector, they carried with them a rare blend of discipline, agility, and operational foresight.

Michael Shoemaker is the Founder of Structured Consulting and a recognized architect of high-performance organizations built to operate at scale. A United States Air Force veteran, he forged his leadership discipline in both garrison and deployed environments — executing critical missions across Africa, Qatar, Germany, and Antarctica, where precision, accountability, and decisive action were the only acceptable standard.
Over the course of his career, Shoemaker has led national teams of 300+ professionals across military, electrical engineering, semiconductor, commercial construction, and logistics — industries defined by complexity, high stakes, and zero margin for error. He operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, transforming vision into disciplined action and aligning cross-functional systems to drive enterprise-level performance.
With oversight of portfolios exceeding $200 million, Shoemaker's track record reflects an uncompromising standard of excellence: scaling operations, eliminating inefficiency, and building cultures rooted in ownership, clarity, and performance under pressure.
A cum laude graduate of Wayland Baptist University and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he brings a systems-first methodology to leadership — engineering organizations that are not merely efficient, but resilient, adaptive, and built to last.

Currently completing her B.S. in Psychology, she continues to expand her expertise to drive sustainable change through empathy, precision, and a people-first approach.

With a B.A. in English from UTSA and a background in DoD contracting, she has supported procurement research, contract coordination, and program analysis across both military and civilian sectors.
She has worked closely with senior leadership to align execution with organizational vision, streamlining processes and improving time efficiency. Cathryn’s ability to translate complex needs into clear, actionable strategies makes her a valuable partner in helping Structured clients build stronger, more effective organizations.
